The food was outstanding, with a wide variety of choices and exceptional local beef. I also loved learning about chocolate from a professional cook and getting to sample her delicious cakes at tea-time. The spa area was amazing, offering relaxation and massages with stunning views of the surrounding countryside. The pool was lovely, and I appreciated the provided towelling robes and bag for taking my things to the pool. The hotel's cleanliness was also impressive.
While the hotel was generally quiet, it did get busier on Sundays with local people coming to eat. It would have been nice to have a bit more tranquility on those days.

The location of the hotel seems to be idyllic, offering plenty of opportunities for walks and outings in the surrounding countryside. the hotel facilities, such as the spa area and pool, also provide relaxation with superb views of the gorgeous countryside. Guests are provided with toweling robes and a wonderful bag to take their belongings to the pool, adding convenience to their stay.
There were some issues with noise levels at the hotel, especially on Sundays when it seemed to be the busiest day with locals coming to eat.

The hotel had some good aspects; the room was spacious and the mountain views were beautiful. the spa facilities were impressive, with both indoor and outdoor pools and a sauna. the staff were friendly and welcoming, and the food was generally good.
Our romantic escape wasn't quite what we were hoping for. Despite being advertised as a quiet location, it was quite noisy both during the day and at night, with people shouting and children running around.
